Registration: AJEX reserves the right to reject any application for registration at its sole discretion. By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you are eligible for registration, and you warrant that you have, under the laws of KSA, full legal capacity to enter contracts (including, without limitation, that you have attained the applicable legal age for entering contracts) and that the information you provide to AJEX for the purpose of registration is, at the time you provide it, current, complete and accurate, and not misleading or deceptive. All personal information you provide to us when you use the Website will be used and maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must log in using your username and password. You must ensure that your password is kept secure and confidential and not revealed to any other person. You acknowledge that you are entirely responsible for your password, and you must notify AJEX immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or any other breach of security relating to your account. You acknowledge and agree that AJEX accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage occurring as a result of the fraudulent use of your password, and you release AJEX from all claims arising from the unauthorized use of your password.
Personal Data: When you sign up on the AJEX Fleet Platform, you are asked to provide your name, surname, driver’s license, vehicle registration and national ID. During the course of your collaboration with AJEX, data related to the tasks you take on will be collected (for instance, tasks assigned to you, completed or incomplete tasks, earnings generated, and any complaints received). You will also be assessed as a courier throughout your collaboration with AJEX, through a manual assessment of your performance of the tasks you take on.

Your Personal Data will be used to:
- Allow you to register as a courier, and for management of all registered couriers. This will allow you to create an account on the AJEX Fleet Platform and allow tasks to be assigned to you.
- Assess Performance. This will allow AJEX to assess your performance, through a manual process evaluating different variables (including number of shipments taken and delivered, incomplete deliveries, complaints received, earnings, level of activity and so on).
- Prevent misuse and fraud: This will allow AJEX to monitor activities within the AJEX Fleet Platform at a high level, to ensure the AJEX Fleet Platform is not misused and that any fraudulent activities are prevented, and is therefore necessary to protect those legitimate interests of AJEX.
- Compliance: AJEX may use your Personal Data in order to comply with any legal obligations it may be subjected to. Recipients of your Personal Data. AJEX may share your Personal Data with persons authorized by AJEX to access it, who are subjected to obligations of confidentiality and to only use those Personal Data according to AJEX instructions, where required to ensure proper operation of the AJEX Fleet Platform (e.g., AJEX employees). Your Personal Data may also be shared with other entities engaged by AJEX to process those Personal Data on behalf of AJEX. Finally, AJEX may share your Personal Data with public entities and authorities, where required to comply with legal obligations or binding orders from those entities or authorities.
