What Documents Do I Need?
Be prepared before you ship!
Along with a transport label, shipment may also need other documents such as a customs invoice or destination specific documents to accompany the shipment
A shipping label should contain all the information AJEX needs to deliver a package to its intended destination, including names, addresses, and shipment tracking numbers. Please ensure that your shipment label is visible and placed correctly on the shipment box.
What you need to include on your label:
- Shipper/receiver's address and contact information.
- Shipment content and quantity.
- Number of packages/pieces in the shipment, total weight of the shipment, and dimensions.
A commercial invoice is a customs document that provides details on the shipment and its contents.
How to fill out a customs invoice?
- Fill in the sender and receiver's name, address, and contacts details.
- Describe the contents of your shipment, including harmonized codes.
- Fill in the shipping information.
- Sign and date the form.
